Questions before you order

Something missing? Write to hello@vploq.com, a person answers.

What is the difference between vploq VPN and vploq Home?

vploq VPN takes you online from the country you pick, through our servers. vploq Home takes you online from your own home, through your box: your apps see you at home, and you reach your files, cameras and smart home. Both encrypt your connection on café and hotel Wi-Fi.

What do I need at home?

Your router with a free network (Ethernet) port, and a power socket nearby. Plug the box in, hold your phone to it, done. Your router and your internet stay as they are: no router settings, no port forwarding. To reach your files and cameras from anywhere, they need to be at home: a home drive, or cameras that record at home. Cameras that only record to their maker’s cloud still need that plan.

What do I get with the pre-order?

Two products in one order: vploq VPN, which you can use today, free for 6 months from the day you order, and vploq Home, the box for your router, around February 2027.

How long does the pre-order offer run?

Until 11 November 2026, 23:59 UK time. Until then you pay £170 + VAT instead of £188 for vploq Home and get 6 months of vploq VPN free from the day you order. After that, vploq Home is £188 + VAT.

Do I need both?

No. Each works on its own. Use vploq VPN to go online from another country. Use vploq Home when you want your apps to see you at home, or to reach your files and cameras. The pre-order gets you both. vploq VPN on its own is from £3.02 a month + VAT on the yearly plan.

When does vploq Home ship?

The first boxes ship around February 2027, in the order they were pre-ordered. We will email you updates along the way.

When do the 6 free months start?

On the day you order. We email you how to start vploq VPN; it does not wait for the box.

Is there a subscription?

Not for the box. You pay once for vploq Home, with no monthly fee, and it keeps working. vploq VPN is £36.19 a year (£3.02 a month) or £5.28 a month, + VAT. With your pre-order, it is free for 6 months from the day you order, then from £3.02 a month + VAT on the yearly plan if you keep it.

What if I change my mind?

You get a full refund any time until your box ships. If you cancel your pre-order, your free vploq VPN months end too.

Do I need tech skills?

No. Plug the box into your router with Ethernet, connect USB-C power, then hold your phone to it. Your router stays as it is: no router settings, no port forwarding.

Where do you ship, and how do I pay?

You see the countries we ship to and the shipping cost at checkout. Payment runs through Whop, our checkout partner. Prices exclude VAT; VAT for your country is added at checkout.

This price ends 11 November

February is a while. Your VPN starts today.

Your next hotel, café and train Wi-Fi come long before February. vploq VPN covers you from the day you order, free for 6 months. Boxes ship first come, first served from around February 2027, for £170 + VAT instead of £188.
